The European Commission says that more work needs to be done before driverless cars become part of everyday life.

In a report published this week, an EU expert group highlighted recommendations to ensure a safe and ethical transition towards driverless vehicles.

The report identified several ethical dilemmas relating to road safety and privacy in particular.
