More Irish women work in information technology than their European counterparts.

New figures from the European Commission show that women across the EU are still less likely to work in the area of I.T. compared to men.

Tim Hayes of the EU representation in Ireland says the figures show that more Irish women are IT specialists than the average for Europe.
