Irish people who have issues with goods purchased online from sites elsewhere in the EU can have their complaints processed through the European Consumer Centre in Dublin.

A growing number of people are seeking refunds for holidays purchased with companies and airlines across the European Union.

Dr. Cyril Sullivan heads up the European Consumer Centre in Dublin.

He says his office can process most complaints and are willing to help.
